The Products displayed/sold on our website are sourced from artisans across the country, and are sold and shipped by us to our customers. We ship through registered and established courier companies and partners for orders within India and outside India
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries
Domestic Orders:
- We delivered all domestic orders within 8-10 business days
- The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, and the shipping destination.
- Shipping charges are not included in the product price
- You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
Tracking Orders
- Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the order number on our web platform, from the “Track Order” link in the website footer.
Non-Availability on Delivery
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us.
- To ensure accurate delivery on time, please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including a zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
Modes of Payment
- We have industry prominent names as our third-party payment gateways.
- For domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks and new-age payment options like UPI, etc.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
- 100% of the amount will be returned within 7-8 working days.
