Return and Exchange Policy

Aarti Handicraft endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. We also value our customers and their requirements, and we put our best efforts to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in right condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality / manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full return  or re-fulfilling your order or any other appropriate resolution from our side. 

The product should be return in original packing without any damage or any kind of tampering, should be well packed to avoid any damage in transit.

GENERAL

To return or exchange a defective or wrongfully delivered product or report a damage in transit, Package opening video is required, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery:

  • By telephone or whatsApp at 9928281717 between 10.00AM to 8.00 PM IST on business days

  • By email at aartihandicraft25@gmail.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each reject exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

Important Note:-

  • Please also note that our products are all hand made and there could be slight variations from one product to another, which are part of the inherent nature of the product making process, and these will not be considered as defects.
  • No return would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address
  • In case we find that the product(s) you have returned is used, the return will not be initiated and the product(s) will be reshipped to you at the address mentioned by you while placing the order.
  • In case, you do not accept the reshipped product(s), you will still not be eligible for the return and we will have no liability in reference to the return of the reshipped product(s).
