Fraud Prevention Policy

Fraud Prevention: If an order appears potentially fraudulent due to incorrect address details, incomplete information, RTO high or unsatisfactory responses during verification calls, we may request 10% confirmation amount before processing the order.

Repeated Non-Delivery: If a previous order was reported as undelivered by the customer, we may require a confirmation amount before dispatching any subsequent orders. Alternatively, we may only process the new order on a prepaid basis.

High-Value Orders: For orders exceeding ₹6,999, a confirmation amount may be requested prior to delivery.
